OEWheels Brabus Replica fitment....
So I called OE Wheels, ready to place an order for these wheels
http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Mercedes-...53085-2-1.html
...and the guy tells me that they will absolutely NOT clear the C32 brakes (I told him I had a C32 to make things easier). He then said that NONE of the wheels they carry will clear the brakes. With an offset of 35 front, and 38 rear, shouldn't I have no problem mounting these wheels up?

Thats what I'm thinking of doing. I'm told that the way the spokes are made on these wheels at a 35mm offset just won't work. but a 5 mm spacer should do the trick...

Get the wheels and then you can rock the 5mm spacers to clear your brakes this guys selling.

Tommy
the guy told me 26 lbs, but I know those rears are heavier...if this were a faster car I
might look into some lighter wheels, but for my daily driving purposes it'll

OK, if you want to drive the equivalent of having Mo'Nique in the trunk, it's your choice.
That's a great price, btw.
Would they be your summer rims, or all-season? Picked out tires yet?

I ordered them as a wheel/tire package. Nexen N3000s. Read some good reviews on the tires, and they were affordable. From what I've read, they were a private brand of Michelin to start, and are now independent. Traction AA, treadwear 340, temp A. These will be my 3-Season wheels/tires. Once it snows, its time for the winter set.
Here they are:

And get this...$1104 mounted, balanced, and shipped!

Wow - that's a high treadwear # for a non-snow tire. At least you know they'll be around for a while. That is a damn good price for everything! My 18x8 Ultraleggeras with summer tires were more like $2200, I think.

Yeah, if I was going to shell out another grand, it would probably have been for BBS. They are nice, indeed. But yeah, I'll definitely report on the tires and also how the fitment goes...crossing fingers for an easy bolt on/caliper clearance!

I've been running Nexen N3000's for a while. I like em' especially since I'm just a student with a budget. They do what they're made for pretty well, unless you plan to track/drive hard. But for all it's worth, they're my preferred rubber of choice until I can get something else better for cheap. Plus, I love the way the tread looks.

white and whiter
Blake's old Brabus VI was 18x8 and 18x9 single piece. forgot what offset they were, but there is a major difference between those and the reps you linked.
you can always run spacers like infected said, but 3-5mm spacers are not gonna be hubcentric.

What do you think of these...
And with a 35mm offset, do you think I'm safe with 5mm spacers?

PICS!
So, I got the wheels, and after waiting out the crazy rain....I put them on! Turns out that they fit without spacers. I put the spacers on in the front to see if it looked better, but I think they stick out too far - going to remove them today. I also painted my rear calipers silver to match my front C32s. Here are a couple pics...

As for the Nexen tires, so far so good...

Looking good, Doc. ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
I agree about the spacers on the front - they look a bit odd. Might help on the rears, though, if there would be no rubbing on the inside of the wheelwells.

Yeah, I was thinking about putting the spacers on the rear...I don't think there would be rubbing, but I'm pretty happy with the current fit.
I took the spacers off the front and it looks much better. Thanks for the feedback
