BTW there is a misprint in the FM regarding the lights in the side mirrors. Those are LEDs and not bulbs.

On C-Class cars they are incandescent bulbs, not LEDs.

In that case please educate me. I could've sworn that I read on here that the 01 manual says bulbs whereas my 03 manual says LEDs. I think somebody even answered to the positive here.

I can't vouch for what the manual says, but on my 2003 C320 Wagon the mirror mounted signals are regular bulbs and not LED's.

Let's split the diff... I seem to recall that on the Coupe the mirrors are incandescent bulbs, but on the sedans, they are LEDs.

Don't know for certain, as I like my amber turn signals to be amber... never blue Just repeating what I've read among the countless posts on this subject.

I doublechecked mine. They indeed look like bulbs. So much for revising the manual again.:p

BTW Babybenz526; you might run in some legal trouble with making these lights blue. I think I read somewhere on here where someone else explained the legality of this. STFF because I'm too lazy.

Turn Signal - Passenger Side Turn Signal on Mirror

I have a 2001 C320 and I am changing the passenger side mirror turn signal amber bulbs. There are six mini amber bulbs. Where can I find these replacement bulbs or do I have to replace the light piece? They seem to be a specialty item that not many local parts store carrry. Anyone have a part# or where to buy?

Any help would be appreciated. If this has been listed sorry for the post, I was looking through alot and all I could find was replacement to leds and clear, blue etc. I am just looking to replace the bulbs. I thought it would be an easy fix.

Thanks again

In my 02 coupe the turn signals in the mirrors are tiny bulbs like in some gages. But it looks like they're wired in pairs in series - 6V bulbs?
