I've got a guy in brooklyn that will come out to you. He does great work and stands behind his product. Thy only problem is he is a mobile tinter so he does the rear glass in 2 pieces but he does it along a heater line so you never know. For $100 you cant complain.

If you don't mind a little bit of a drive. There is a shop out here that does good tint work, Sound Waves. They are near me in Morristown, NJ (~1hr from NYC/Hoboken area)... Though I'm sure there are probably tons of shops in NYC.
