Hi
I got a problem about installing HID in my car (C240 2002).
the HID won't work when I turn on the engine.
Are anybody know how to solve this problem?
Do I need to change the setting on my car? ( I already went to mercedes dealer but they can't find any setting for xenon in their computer)
Please let me know how to do it. Thank you

Yes, read the website a little closer. I shows you the screenshots for how to enable the xenon. Your dealer must do this for it work. If they can't find it, then show them the screenshots and that should help them. Without doing this, it won't ever work.

My xenon is work right now.
I showed the copy of how to set the xenon to them and it work.

Sometimes I really wonder why MB dealership charges those extreme rates per hour...they don't seem to spend it on training courses for their mechanics... :o .
