I am looking at trading in my car for an 06-07 C230 or C280. I have had the Mars Red color for quite some time now and still like it but wouldnt mind something different. If you had to choose between Red, Black, or White which would you pick? And I know in the long run its my decision I just want others inputs. Thanks.

I am going to be upgrading to the AMG styling and plan on getting the front lip and everything. I am even looking at a black C32 right now which is at a dealer in TX and might pick it up in a few weeks if the number he crunches look good to me.

Sean, no joke, i just saw one of those on the freeway the other day, it was being drivin by some 70 year old guy and his wife, it did look sick!!

IMO, White looks the best, i also like how white is more uncommon than black, the 203 just looks so much cleaner and newer in white

I voted Obsidian Black, even though the 06-07's are Diamond Black Then there is also just plain old 040 Black too

I would honesty say white. I always wanted silver, but now I wish I had white. It just looks cleaner than anything else IMO.

Looks like I might be picking up a Black on Black 2003 C32 (63,000 mi) next month if all goes well. If not I will be getting a Mars Red or Alabaster White 2007 C230 (52,000-57,000 mi).

Those are very rare to find and I have always wanted a C32 or C55. If I do find one in my searching I will make sure to test drive it and if I buy it Auto X it haha!

How much are they asking? Does it have a service history? It would be HUGE to know what's been done. Radiator, intercooler pump, seat modules, etc...

I am awaiting further info on it since I know the 03s experienced the glycol contamination. It only has 62,000 miles on it so I am going to get all the information on this because this will be a good buy for me. The seat modules are a DIY job which I can handle if it hasnt been done and I plan on upgrading the intercooler pump anyways.

Agreed, none of those things are huge deals, but they should definitely factor in to price consideration..

Thanks. I have already seen this one but I am going through a dealer so I can do a trade in of my C240 and also have a warranty on it. The C32 I want is $16,900 but I am sure I can talk him down in price. I want to mod it myself so I can feel the difference from bone stock to modded so I know the difference it makes. Like watching a pitbull grow from a puppy to a beast. The one I want was made in Germany on 05/2003 which I know falls into the bad zone from glycol problems so fingers crossed.

For the C240 yes but trust you will see a Black Beast on its way if I get the C32.
