ive started noticing this problem where under hard braking, my brakes emit this grinding noise. it only happens when i slam the brakes. thought it might be the abs but sounds like something must be broken...
this is happening on my 05 c230

 

When was last time you serviced your whole brakes (including rotors)?

 

service b was done about 10 months ago. asked the dealer to check it out once but they said nothing was wrong.

 

I think it's normal. The grinding you feel it right? Not hear it?

 

yea kinda, theres a slight vibration/grinding. it almost felt like pressing the brakes on my old for focus after a carwash.

 

under extreme braking right? That's probably your ABS.
