Are there any other Mercedes model seats that will fit in a 2003 C240? Or, would I be better off just buying some aftermarket; i.e. Recarro, Corbeau...? I'm looking for leather fully adjustable. I want the seat base to tilt, not just go up and down and of course, adjustable back recline .

I have a call into the dealer to see if they can supply me with a different seat. They said they would have to check with parts and service to see if they can do it.
I didn't know a different seat was available. I bought the first one my wife sat in, so didn't get to look at the others on the lot.

Well either I can't do it or the parts people at the local dealer are idiots. They say there is no upper level assembly number for a complete seat. He said I would have to buy separate the base frame, back frame, seat pads, seat covering....I don't think they want to do it.

I just got off phone with Mercedes Benz USA technical support and they say there is an optional 10-way electric seat as part of the C1 package, but it can not be retrofitted into a vehicle. It must be installed during assembly. So, looks like I'm now off to do some aftermarket seat research.

I am sure its possible to do the retrofit, but it could be very very costly and I doubt most dealers will attempt it.
Good luck with your quest.
