2003 c240 4matic wagon sprong nosie in rear end
ok my 03 c240 4 matic wagon sometimes (thru more often then not) when going over a decent bump make a springing/ or a sprong sound (sounds like a piece of metal under tension stroked like a guitar string
springs looked ok no dammage thru when i ran my finger on them they made the same sound as going over bumps.....
now how do you check your swaybar lings?? how do i tell if they are bad
any other rear endparts known for trouble on these?

If I understand your question (you really need to work on english) your C240 wagon makes a noise when going over a larger bump and it sounds like a clunk (metal wouldnt go BOING!) You checked the springs and they do not look physically damaged but you fingered them and they made the same noise? When you say you fingered them what on earth do you mean, you don't have enough strength to move a spring (there like 6-800lbs force)
Your anti sway bar end links, you can check for tightness, simply by trying to tighten them and see if they get tighter, the only other thing is since your car is pretty aged by now, the mounts could be deteriorating and making noise.
You need to do a better job describing the sound and what exactly its doing and what your doing when it makes the noise, the rubbing of your finger on a spring shouldn't make the same noise from inside the car over a bump, heck running your finger over a spring shouldnt yeild any noise its a painted surface.

Nope its a sprong sound
it sounds like if you stumed a guitar string only that if the sting was a metal bar now we both know we cant do that
there is NO clunk
the sound i got from the springs was runnning my finger down the coils thats very close to what the sound is when i go over bumps
my swaybar links can be moved sligtly by hand through no wiggle should they not move at all??
