rear headrest button not working

So my self folding rear headrests aren't working. I know why do I ever touch anything.

I checked at the quick connect and its holding well. I disconnected it and it made that nice vacuum hiss when I pushed the button.

So my problem is inside the rear seat.

Does anyone know how to get to the vacuum hose routing inside the rear seat? I took off the back cloth cover and cant figure out how to pull off the metal.

Just checking: Did you turn your car on first >_> ?

Not a joke question. It only works when the car is on...

The car makes a vacuum hiss from the rear seats and from the disconnect.

The car only has vacuum when its turned on, yes the car was on.

My rear headrests are not vacuum operated. You manually pull up the headrests and when you push the headrest button any that are up snap down.

I think they are, the vacuum is what releases them and they fall back down.

Back headrest issue; not folding when button is pressed. i hear a hiss and sounds like something is happening but they do not fall. Does anyone have a close to definite fix before i start tearing everything apart?
