HELP WITH AFTERMARKET HID'S??

just installed some aftermarket HID's in my 03 c230 coupe...they work fine with no flickering but every once in a while when i turn them on the ABS light comes on and my speedometer stops working. if i shut the car off and back on again it works fine. they are 35w 4300k lights with digital ballasts. this is driving me nuts, if anyone knows a solution please let me know.

lol please post a pic of ballast locations. And next time please search i am 99.9% sure if you had searched you would have figured it out. oh stop using the headlights till you move your ballasts.

Your ballast locations are probably too close to your electronics. Stop using them until you move them away from them. You don't want to fry anything!

so where is a good spot to put the ballasts that they wont interfere?? also u dont think the abs problem has to do with disconnecting the battery?

wherever you can find room not near the abs controller or any other computer. well did the error go away once you restarted with lights off?
