We are on the same boat man, since it's 4Matic you have to run the same width of tires all the way around like 235's front and rear rather than 225front and 255rear which looks *****in'. Since I know what you're asking about it should be safe even though it's stag. fitment.

I believe you'll need some spacers to make them fit.

4matics could run staggered setups. You just gotta make sure the tire sizes work when it comes to overall rolling diameter. Or so I think; you should check the official aftermarket wheel thread!

Agreed. The w204 is typically a higher offset wheel in the ~42mm offset range. you will need spacers to get into the ~ 35mm offset range needed for the w203.

The w204 is 45mm offset pulled it off of tire rack and the w203 is 35mm offset....so now the golden question is what size spacer's would I need????

If the wheel widths are the same, you'll need a 10mm spacer. You could go a little bigger to get a bit more of an agressive look.

Make sure the spacers are hubcentric. H&R is a good brand for spacers.
