Glendale Dealer nonsense
so i have (because it has yet to be replaced) a broken passenger pull handle
so i head down to the local benz dealer and hit the part shop. Guy asks for vin and heads to the back and shows up with a gray pull handle and i tell him my car has a black interior and he tells me oh its because the company sends them in gray so you can paint it yourself
i asked him what the heck i was suppose to paint it with?
he o ummm let me check
comes back out with th black pull handle and says sorry i thought you had to paint it
this all happened yesterday
just sharing with you guys

Damn Calstar Mercedes. I hate the Glendale dealer. To be honest with you I have had back luck with most dealers. The more you know the more you learn that these dealers are BSing you.

just another parts guy not doing his job properly.. most probably dint he was too lazy to actually check.. you shoulda looked for the manager and complained. his excuse is hella funny and not-creative at all. i dont think MB will sell an interior part that needs to be painted...
best dealer i been to is beverly hills and walters riverside.

I used to get free rentals when my friend worked there. Sadly, he's moved on to NASA's JPL so I don't get freebies anymore.
God I used to beat up the rentals I got. I got a C320 wagon once for two weeks while they repaired some damage on my car that occurred during service. Boy, that thing got drifted, was thrown into park at 30mph, used as an ikea delivery vehicle and smelled like the inside if a gym and febreeze.
