Question AC voltage check

ac voltage check
does anyone know how to check if the compressor is getting 12v. i have a feeling that my compressor is not even coming on. i watched as the pulley was spinning, but the compressor never appeared to engage.

i checked the static pressure and it read around 75 psi on high and low with the car off. i'd like to check if the compressor is receiving 12v. does anyone know the best way. i got under the car and it looks tricky...
