Gear shifter boot
How do you replace a gear shifter boot. Mine is torn and I was wondering if there are any other after market alternatives besides replacing the boot itself?? Help!

Out Of Control!!
Year and slushbox or manual transmission identification would help with the answer.
Generally, unless you want to do a bit of fabrication and/or gluework, OEM is the safest bet, unfortunately. Though it may be pretty expensive - some models don't have a separate boot, and you'd have to buy the entire shift assembly in total.
