Anyone installed an iPad in a W203 yet?
This would be my only reason to buying one. I own an iPhone and did the AUX installation a couple years back so I can enjoy my media but I want to take it to the next level. I was also looking into a dedicated GPS/media model like a Pioneer AVIC but between cost of the unit and installation, I can save quite a few hundred dollars going the iPad route. I would like your honest opinions and not some fanboys rants.
I'll take a picture of the center console so I can explain how I would re-route the rear shade, rear headset, window defroster, and door locking buttons just to make room for the iPad. Your thoughts. Thank you.

My friend considered doing it...looks ****ty!! With that big Scosche kit sticking out of the dash..gives a sense of the dash being unfinished lol.

Such a big screen and plus the awesome Apple UI. You better post pics when its ready.
But where are you planning to mount it in the dash? Something that big will take up the entire center console I think.

Frank is such an Apple hater ;-) I've got an AVIC in dash, and an iPhone, and an iPad. I see no reason to put an ipad in dash, that would be cool looking, but not nearly as functional as the AVIC.
