That is why we are selling this set for so cheap to get the cores back for all leather or leather/blk carbon
Silver carbon is hard to move, originally we thought it will be a good match for 230K with silver trim but look like people don't really buying it! Sometimes when we don't have anything silver carbon then people start to ask can we do silver carbon ........

Wow, that looks awesome. I used to manufacture CF steering wheels and hated them because the failure rate on good vs bad ones was so high.

you are right, carbon steering wheels are not easy to make! luck we can align the carbon weave the first time, usually take 2 times to have a good wrap, then layer and layer of coating we have to avoid bubble and curing ....
and customers want it cheap ...

IMO, that shift knob would sell quite well... Far better than the steering wheel @ the right price.
And I'm confident of this because I manufactured carbon knobs for SSC's Ultimate Aero.

Steering wheels are easy. Real easy. Esp if it's an oe swap where you don't have to re-wire anything. I've done so many aftermarket swaps that I can have it done in 5-10 minutes depending on the car.
