Can anyone advise as to where I can purchase CD changer that works with existing factory wiring (other than the outragious price the dealer charges) and does it require dealer to program the cars computer so it works?

First, do a search here for that information. You will find alternative sources of MB factory-correct changers and information on installation. I bought a used (RFOE) changer and installed it myself for under $160.

 

go to ebay and do a search there =) should be alot some are also brand new!
