Yeah, it definately is with a spacer.
I ran 19 by 9 all around giovanna essen's on my c class coupe.
The offset was 35, i used 5 mm spacers on the front wheels only becuase it would hit the shock if u didnt have the spacer.
Otherwise its fine I have 235/35 tires on them and they look a little streached but there is no rubbing even at full cut
my car is not lowered.
