w203 instrument cluster lcd!!
I have found the supplier for these lcd screens, and am in the process of ordering them.
If anyone needs an lcd for their cluster because it fades due to heat, let me know.
The screens are $120 each, shipped to you. I have to actually buy 5 to place the order to, so I have to put up $600 to get mine :/ Let me know
Wait time is about 2 weeks, as they are coming from china

Hey everyone!!! I will get them 5 days from when I order them. I thought it was going to be longer, but it is 5 days with their shipping service. I need to know how many to order.
$120 each. pm me your paypal email if you want one. I will accept paypal payments now, and will send an invoice to anyone who wants one . It should be in your hands in less than 2 weeks

I would expect it to but mine took 9 years to get bad enough that i would even consider replacing it and it is not that bad. BTW my car was built in April 01. I doubt any of use will care that much in 6 years about our 15 year old cars. And i will be a millionaire so i will not really care because my c320 will be supercharged and totally awesome.

c32 then trey. anyways, all five screens I ordered are committed to people. And yes, you are on the list Trey.
If anyone else wants one I need to be paid by paypal in advance. The price may be different as they price me on the exchange rate for the week. Let me know everyone

Good catch Karo! The overall mileage is still the same, but the trip computer is off. Also notice the temp change and time change. It actually got hotter... around 537p.
Sorry I'm not calling shenanigans but curiosity got to me and I looked at the metadata of the photos. They were taken w/ a blackberry 9630 and the photo times are 15 seconds apart at 5:04:37 and 5:04:52 (that's photo taken time and not photo transfer time). Not saying they're two diff clusters either... There's dust in the same spots on both photos.
I raise a flag but more out of confusion than anything else...

I drove before I took the second picture, and it was with my blackberry. The upload time is close because I uploaded to photobucket together. I took the first pic at 5:04pm and the after pic at 5:37pm.
An LCD would not malfunction on the temp. I dont know how changing the LCD screen in the cluster would change a reading on the outside temp sensor.

If you guys really arent convinced, I can put the old lcd back, take a pic, and then put the new one and take a pic, and make a video as well.
I borrowed the cluster removal tools from a friend and I wont be getting my set in the mail for a few days

No, it's ok. not saying photos are PS'ed or anything. They're direct from the blackberry. Dust on the dash shows it's the same dash too (near your Brake indicator).
The LCD works. If it's registering 100 deg and there's no fade, it works. It's just strange that your overall mileage didn't increase considering you drove 1.4 miles.
