Service at the House of Imports...

hi all,
i have had serveral issues with my car since i purchased it last week and ive been babying it (never going over 2000 rpm and never going over 65 mph). my engine bay is making this weird ticking noise. squeaks from the driver head rest, driver side window, left side of the dash, glove area and something in the back. and there seems to be a "leak" on the driver side window (i can hear wind comming through.... sooo i expected to have all the problems fixed.

well heres a run down of what happened. first of all the @#*$( he abused my car (reving up to 5000 rpm and braking hard.) all the while giving saying everything was normal. first off has anyone encountered these problems? and secondly can i do anything about that !@#$*$&(*#& service guy? the abuse of my car has saddened me it doesnt feel the same anymore..

The "house" has the worst service of any dealer for any brand that I've owned. They actually gave me an estimate for $3,000 once to repair a bunch of stuff. Took it to an independent mechanic and asked if these item need replacing and they said not at all. Don't be scammed by these people. If you can make it to MB of Laguna Niguel that's your best bet otherwise go to Caliber in Anaheim. Just chalk this up as a learning and move on, otherwise it will eat you up, I love my car too but it's just a car.

While I don't agree with your breakin strategies, I have heard a lot of negative feedback on HOI. Deal with Rob Deck @ Caliber Motors in the future, they're only about 15 min from there. 777-1900.
