all i did was change the air filter, oil filter, and the oil. for my 06 c230 ss.. it took me 9 quarts of oil the capacity was 8.5 qtr. You should see how much your car need at the back of the manual.

**if you're doing it yourself don't forget to really knock the air filter in**

if you put it back wrong you will get a nice check engine light.

Service B includes more "checks". I've given up on the "true" A and B service and just get my oil changed every 13k at my indy, and do the rest of the checks myself. Look at your maint. book for other services that need to be done, i.e. air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs, coolant and the like.

05 c230
Well service A came up i did the regular oil change with 6 quarts of synthetic and new oil filter and air filter. This is the first benz ive owned, i have a 300zx and a R32 sklyine so im a nissan guy (i dont know much about mercedes), so this car is the family car. Is there a specific part number for an auto c230 kompressor tranny fluid?
