Exclamation Help! My brake pad locked!

So I was driving, and all of a sudden, I hear the crazy screech from my back passenger wheel. And then I parked, went forwards and backwards alot to make sure it got out whatever was in there (if there was something), yet it still didn't stop forcing me to drive it like that back home.

I took off my wheel, and when I put it in drive, it wouldn't budge! the pad wouldn't let the thing turn.

So, I uploaded a video, to see if this would help you guys out to find me a solution.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15ArFNbggBg

Oh and.... A while back (5-8 months ago) I replaced the tire, because I had a flat, and there where only 2 short nuts, making me decide to use the original bolts with the spare also, when we put them in, we tried to drive the car, but it wouldnt move! My dad said to push on the gas to force it to move, and when it drove it went ka-thunk ka-thunk ka-thunk... So i'm pretty sure that wasn't a good idea, so we left it alone until we switched the original tire back and put the original bolts also.

Now I think to this day, this car has achieved revenge on me from that incident.

Any help? Otherwise I'll HAVE to take it to the tire shop tommorow.

Sounds like you messed up the parking brake by using longer bolts for your spare. I dont know any other solutions other than tearing it down and replacing what ya broke.
