Assuming that each box is 18" x 18" x 10" weighing 20 lbs, shipping to California for both wheels, with full insurance and delivery confirmation:
1-2 bus. days ~ $270 USD
4-5 bus. days ~ $85 USD
7-8 bus. days ~ $45 USD
Packaging would be on top of that.
