new lights from PIAA

i just bought an '03 Yamaha R1 i replaced the lights with the just released '03 PIAA spark 8000 and holy ****, these lights are rated at 8000 kelvins and are the best i have ever seen, they are brighter than most HID's gen 2. if you are in the market for changing your lights out on your car, there is no better choice than this bulb. by the way, yes the are not leagle in the states, and oh my god they look so good. he is where i got mine from.

i only replaced the lights on my bike, havent done the car yet, but i have them ordered.

Don't bet on that. They still are halogen. 8000 K means they are coated, too. Even if they draw 100W, they still are nowhere near HIDs.
