Its unfortunate for you to have such an experience. I think the way they conduct their business is not as bad as the DISAPPOINTMENT that you have. But sometimes you have to look at it from a different angle: Lets say a set of brand new HREs is USD6K with tires, now he is selling to you for USD3K. There must be something wrong with it. There are two ways for them to get the wheels: either HRE is giving them for free for show purpose or they bought them at cost from HRE. If HRE is giving them for free, then I think people will still think its a steal if they take 20% off retail. And if they bought it from HRE at cost, I am sure the cost price is higher than 3K, its not quite possible for them to sell under cost. So.....you'll know next time when you come across something like that, better make a second thought. Good luck!!
