I bought a 04 c230 4d auto that was hit in the front end.. no frame damage, no airbags deployed, all exterior and some other parts.. here is what was replaced

radiator support
radiator
ac condensor
intercooler
headlights
fenders
bumper
hood


after installing all the parts i went to turn the car over and got nothing... everything powered up like it should so i am not sure what the problem was.

I was told that the ecu needs to be reset? Is that possible?

When you turn the ignition, does the starter engage? If the starter doesn't engage, check the battery and battery/ground connections and connections.

If the starter engage, but doesn't start the car, then check if there is fuel pressure (by connecting a fuel pressure gauge on to the fuel port at the end of the fuel rail).
