Hi All,
I saw an auction for chrome mirror covers while surfing on ebay.. i have seen these on some audi's and I think they look alright..just another way to make the car look different.. i was wondering if anyone had them on the car. if you do.. can you post some pics...

one word. "tacky." why would you want to do that to a mercedes-benz? that destroys the beauty and tranquility of a mercedes. that's just wrong. whats the company that makes it? i bet its Schatz. they are known for making tacky things like that. BLEH ITS SO UGLY!

Young, wouldn't that be an S3?
I don't know if that's the designation, but that's the hatch, so I'd assume that it's the S version of the A3.
I actually don't mind them, though I wouldn't get them myself. Unless I had some nasty stone chips in my mirrors, then they'd be the lesser of two evils.

Chrome trim is very delicate. A little is nice, a little too much is tacky. The mirror covers in this case, is too much. IMO.
Personally, I don't like chrome wheels either.
