Few Questions

Hello all, I have few questions to ask:

1. Can I use sway bars that are made for RWD w203 for my c280 4matic?

2. If I would like to lower my car with vogtland springs, what shocks should I use? I asked my dealer how much stock shocks are and they said 2 shocks will cost $800 CDN... My car has 100000 km (around 60000 miles?) so I would have to change the shocks if I want to lower it.

3. How much does resetting TCU (transmission software) usually cost? So I don't get raped by the dealer..

Thanks

Part 3. should be free. You can reset this yourself. I think it's a matter of turning the ignition key to position 2. Step on the gas all the way (till you feel the button) then hold for 5 secs. Turn off the ignition and let go the gas peddle. Wait for 2 mintues and it's done.

Thanks for your reply. From what I researched, the technique you stated only resets the throttle and almost does nothing to the transmission's behaviour. I've already tried it and it only seemed temporary even for throttle response.

Can anyone please tell me any aftermarket shock options for 4matic if there is one? And if any w203 anti sway bar will fit 4matic..
