Alarm chirp?
Silly question - when I arm the alarm from my key fob, is it supposed to make a sound?
I've had my car now for over a year and a half and I've gotten used to the car not making any sounds when I hit the lock button on my key fob. The lights *do* flash, but that's it.

It is not supposed to make a sound. The 2007s do but not our 05s. It can be enabled by the use of "The Netherlands Setting" by someone with STAR/DAS and developer mode.

Oh PHEW... that's good. I thought something might have been broken or disabled. Every once in a while I have a brain fart and can't remember if I locked my car or not w/o the audible indicator.
