What is the button next to the power seats?

The button "sitting in the seat"

My '03 has power seats and I don't have that...

are you asking about the steering wheel power tilt/telescope button? '03 are now coming with a stick behind the wheel for this.

Isn't that button for cars with the C1 package? I know mine has it and has C1, too.

Yes, but on 03's the button isnt there...its a stick under the wheel.
