Schatz Tips...
The item that was referenced to is almost definitely not an AMG exhaust tip. It looks as if it were a Schatz Exhaust Tip. I have this one myself and it looks great. Can't tell you though whether or not this tip would fit the 230K Sedan though. If it uses the same stock exahust then sure, i wouldn't see why not.

It is NOT an AMG or Schatz. It is a knock off of a Schatz. The real deal uses allen head set screws that bite into the exhaust pipe and an additional arm clamp that holds onto the muffler hanger. The one shown on ebay uses a cheap hose clamp to hold it on and no additional support.
