Just purchased a Certified Pre Owned 2004 C240 4Matic with 53K for $13,495. Received 1-year/100,000 warranty with it and purchased two more years for $1,925.
The car runs fantastic and I am anticipating on keeping it for a long time. Just looking to head some feedback on how I did. Thx.

Is the warranty from MB? If not, from who? Read the fine print on that warranty documents - especially what is excluded from warranty. Based on what few others have experienced, the warranty may not be covering just when you need it because lot of things are not covered (likely documented in the contract). If the car was maintained properly (with all needed maintenance), then you shouldn't have any problems. I think the price is about right given the car is 4 matic and the mileage and warranty (1 year) came with it. Is that $13495 includes the additional warranty?
There are several knowledged members on this forum; they will help you if you need help.
If you can, get VMI (Vehicle Master Inquity) printout from MB dealer. That will tell you what maintenance and reparis were done on that car. VMI will also show if there are any recalls open on that vehicle. Some service advisers are nice and will print it and give it to you while others will say we can't access that data. Try anyway.
Post pictures of the car.

The $1,925 for the 2-year extended warranty was separate from the purchase price ($13,495) and it is a CPO Mercedes warranty. The dealer gave me the Car Fax for it and it had all the documented service history and that it has not been in an accident or any recalls.

Interior actually looked better when I drove the car home. These shots were while it was still at the dealer. They put in MB floor mats and the thick rubber MB ones over the regular mats.
