Hi everyone,
I soon will be buying a car seat for my 02 c230 coupe and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to which infant ones fit the best.
Thanks,
Sharlene

First of all, Sharlene,... congrats on the baby!
Secondly,... who else will usually be in the car? If there's another adult to look after the baby in the backseat while you drive,... then a regular infant baby car seat will do.
Middle of backseat is usually safest for babyseat. Of course, our coupe only fit two and have two seatbelts,.... but there are fold out loop anchors hear seatbelt buckle,... that you could use to fit a baby seat in between the middle. But there's no seatbelt for middle,.... so when looking at baby seat, you might also want to check weather they have anchor system or seatbelt system.
If it'll usually be only you, the driver, and the baby in the car,... then I would suggest a Mercedes Baby Smart system babyseat so you can place the baby seat in the front passenger seat. So the baby can see you and know that you're still there (some babies get really fussy and cry when they think nobody is around). The Baby Smart system has a sensor at the bottom of the baby seat that will deactivate your air bag for the front passenger seat while the baby seat is there. I'm not sure if other babyseat maker have the Baby Smart system that would work on Mercedes car.

Thank you! SunnyRayToronto for the congrats
and thank you everyone for your infant car seat input. There's a lot of choices out there, but atleast from suggestions the list is now narrowed down.
