Question about C32 steering wheel?
Hi Folks,
Does anyone know if I could swap a C32 steering wheel for the stock one in my C2404matic, without having to change the airbag or other modifications?
If so, what is the approximate price of such wheels?
(I used to have a M3 steering wheel in my 325xi and I miss the feel of a good, thick sport steering wheel...)
Any info or pics appreciated.

Yes, it's a direct replacement. You really only replace the one section, which consists of everything except for the center piece, which just pops out.
Do a search - Pat replaced his wheel with a Brabus one, and did a how-to in the technical section.
Steve from the Netherlands can generally get them cheaper than most places, but I'd check the classifieds in the usual Benz boards every so often to see if you can pick one up.
As a comparison, Brabus wheels (non-wood) are $850 - I love mine, but the price is a little steep.
Me! - the ccoupe wheel is a 3-spoke one, whereas the 240 is a 4-spoke - would have to replace everything, so not worth it.
