Is there a way to disable the trunk button in our cars? For example like how on hondas you can lock it and you cant pull the trunk button for the trunk to open. I recently got my car washed and got some CD's stolen out of my trunk...if i could disable this I could take the valet key and they cant open the trunk...it just dawned on me u can just press the button on the trunk as long as the door is unlocked too anyway to disable all this and only use the trunk key?

 

yes it is in your manual. You take the valet key and turn it in the trunk lock.

Some w203's don't come with the trunk lock keyhole. If you have one, you can simply lock it with the blade key.

2002 coupe had it.
I think 2003 it didn't, was part of the decontenting of the coupe to keep the price down
along with the stock self dimming mirrors, garage door opener, IR sensors on both sides,
and the vent in the center of the dash, which I never use anyway.

 

My '03 sedan has the key for the trunk.
