New inspection regulations

So i just went to get my inspection done this morning. Been going to the same place for the past 5 years.
It started off with " Is this an OEM muffler or aftermarket?" He had some machine test the loudness.
then Is this car's suspension has been modified? checked the height of the car...4" is the min you can have
Checked the headlight beam brightness...mine passed and they are 10K...so i am only under assumption above 10K not legal.

man oh man they are getting stricked with that!

yes they did...when the guy pulls the car into the inspection bay he leaves it in gear then puts on the e brake and goes from drive to reverse and then to park. checking the e brake... i got it fixed, i end up using cut off wheels to cut uff the old lever, cut the bolt in half and then heater up the remainder of the bolt which came out with pliers like butter.

I am fully aware of it, i think there is something to do with the glare of the 10K vs 6K
