W203 Funny noise...

W203 Funny noise...
I have a 2005 C230 Kompressor. This morning before i went to work... I turned on my car... warmed it up a bit... but as soon as I put it in reverse, I noticed a "slight vibration" and weird noise? 
(more than likely, engine area)
Surprised/shocked, I put it in park and it went away. I then put it in drive while pressing on the brake and noise persisted. Same when I did it in reverse, with foot on brake.
It seems to be happening when I have it in drive or reverse, but ONLY when I have my foot on the brake.
Looks like I have to have that checked out asap on my next day off.
With the "FEW" minor details that I have provided, has anyone had this problem and what was the outcome?
