Will R230 SL 65 AMG 20" Replica wheels fit on the R203 C-Class?

Will R230 SL 65 AMG 20" Replica wheels fit on the R203 C-Class?
Gentlemen,
Will my 20" replica AMG SL65 (R230) wheels (I believe 20x9 and 20x10) fit on the R203 C class (Just wheels, without tires)?

Current tire sizes are 245/30/20 fronts and 285/25/20 rears...Any chance these tires will fit?

What would be the recommended sizes to fit with this wheel combo on the C-class if they would not work?

Thanks in advance, as I have a good friend interested in my current set for his C-class if it is an option.

It'll fit if the offsets are correct but the tires you have are too big.

What tire size is recommended for this setup to fit the C/R203?

I think the offsets are none too aggressive (based on lip/dimensions), so should I assume they will fit acceptably?
