Heys guys here is my C280 with its fresh install of a magnaflow. I am kind of glad I didnt go with the resonator delete. Thanks for all the forums with the helpful suggestions. Just need to purchase a dual exahust tip for it!

The garage is going to make any exhaust sound different/louder.. go in your drive way and do the same test

 

sounds pretty good. i imagine it sounds better under load, accelerating.
+1 for no res delete. woulda been too much.

Thanks! Now Im in search of a exhaust tip is 2.5 inch dual outlet. Seems to not be a relative huge market for them out there for the size.

nice work! where did you get it done? You can get a tip any size you want and have your shop fit it onto the pipe

 

btw how did that ECU tune go? did you have to specify what kind of a muffler you got installed?

 

I installed all the Carbon Fiber pieces, smoked corners, tails and HID's. Also painted my grille myself. I went to Northeast yesterday and had the windows, tails, third break light and side mirror signals smoked out.

I am going to be going to Ventura's in Lowell in April to get the rest of my body kit put on and I have the rear diffuser to thats going on so after that I am going to get a dual tip and paint it black to match the CF diffuser. So for now...Just a big a@@ eye sore and minor on the "to do" list. Haha

My cable comes tommorow so hopefully I can catch Jerry this weekend to get it done.

 

Northeast in tyngs/chelmsford line? Did you have rob or rainy do the work? They did my car as well. I was going to recommend an exhaust shop too that does amazing work! Let me know if you need me to recommend you a body shop.ny friend owns nashua collision, great work cheap!

I think we do have the same color haha, I dont know, yours looks darker in pics. I have been meaning to find out what color it is exactly but the last thing I remember when I exit my car is when I am going to be able to drive it again not the side plate on the door panel. I had my paint re-clear coated last summer so its niiiiiiice and shiny

I was actually up in Nashua this weekend, gettn my summer tires and rims on order at town fair. Its a nice drive from here, bout 45 mins. Does your friends shop work on cars like ours with kits? Ive been to alot of collison spots around here and most claim they can do anything but when I talk about what I want, they quickly change there tune...So needless to say Ventura's is the only one close that has pics of there work which is mostly custom on euro cars. Just dont know how cheap they are, but there work looks legit for sure.

All I have is a magnaflow one of the guys in the forum sold me I wanted tocustomized into a dual exhaust I didn't want to spend to much on a exhaust lol

 

Its just the AMG kit all around, with CF Front lip and CF Rear diffuser. I wanted to attempt installation myself first so the only thing I have to worry about is paint if I decide to take it somewhere. And since alot of the places I go to dont know what the heck im talking about when I say "AMG Body Kit"... So yea.. But the front lip and diffuser will have to be installed after paint of course and there's DIY's on those so im not to worried about those pieces.

 

Cant wait for the dirt and sand to be gone already! Enjoy!

C280 Ditch the headlight covers there not even the same color as your car looks odd man. Now your riding high!! damnn Before you work on the rest of your car you should work on getting your exhaust done. A huge pipe stickin out is makin it look like a honda
