Got Service A due in 25 days ...
Well it's almost been 7000 miles and my first Service A is due soon. Only 3 questions come to mind ...
Do I have to call in advance to setup an appointment?
Will I get a loaner for a few days?
Should I put back all of the stock bulbs or it doesn't matter?

Yes.
Will I get a loaner for a few days?
Unless you are getting something else done, they should be able to do Service A in a few hours. Whether or not you get a loaner depends on the policy of your dealer.

It shouldn't matter. They will check to make sure all the bulbs are functioning.
