Humming noise

Humming noise
Hi I have a 2001 c320 that is making a slight humming sound when i am driving turning left also when i am parked turning the wheel left. I added ps fluid but that wasnt the problem. It doesnt keep humming constant when i turn to the left just to a certain point when i am turning left. Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't know much about cars but I hear the noise without thecar started and parked turning the wheel to the left it's like if I have to oil apart or somthing. Thanks in advance for the help
