C230 Sport Sedan finally arrived!!!

Finally took delivery of my C230 Kompressor Sport Sedan last night (ordered in Feb. 03), also bought OEM all weather rubber floor mats & rear passager sunshades & other goodies (C7 pedals).
When I try to remove the factory floor mats on the driver side, there are 2 round plastics pieces that attached the mat to the floor, does anyone knows how to remove them (didn't want to break them the same day I got the car). It's different from my 328i, the manual mentions nothing either. The instructions on installing those rubber mats (clips) is not any better! Please help!

Just pull the rubber plugs

They are just rubber plugs to hold the mat in place. Just pull at them and the mat will come loose.

Some of those plastic pieces just snap straight on. Others go on and then slide forward. I forget which one the C-class has. First, try to pull the mat towards the seat. If it moves, then just pull up. If it doesn't move, then still just pull up, although I think this kind requires more force to release.

The ones on the coupe pull straight up. I have learned to do this carefully because on an earlier car I once pulled the wool carpet mat up leaving both halves of a snap fastener in place on the floor and a hole in the mat where the fastener used to be. With your thumb over the center of the plastic piece and a couple of fingers under the floor mat against the edge of the plastic, just roll your wrist towards the center of the mat and it will release easily.

Works like a charm Thank you all! Tomorrow I'll be working on installing the C7 pedals & the rear passager side sunshades (after watching the races).

I tried to reply to your e-mail about your enquiry on the bodykit, but I received a message saying "This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed."

When you get the rear shades installed post a pic so we can see how they look.
