Driver side seat problem!

Driver side seat problem!
I took my car in on Wed. to have some warrant claims (Engine Stain, Remote problem and bad passenger side seat modual) and setting changes (got the Bi-Xenon and Comand plus Netherlands setting).
The service advisor asked for 2 days to work on the car so I didn't call them until the next day. When I call, they said the car will be ready at the end of Thursday. Service Advisor call back in few hours saying the driver side seat is not moving at all so they need another day (today).
I didn't bring in with a broken driver seat but they basically broke it...maybe they skew up with the setting in the system...or maybe they went for a joy ride with my car and get into trouble?
At least they gave me a Durango SUV as a loaner and this car suck on mpg!! I want my car back!!
