How you rate your Dealer's Service Advisor?
he wrote up our invoice. never called or returned any of my calls again. even when I found a puddle of P/S fluid under our ML after they performed a P/S recall service early that day.
Here is the list they did and didn't do:
1. visor light doesn't work. Visor replace - Fixed
2. Trunk lit won't open all the way and clicking sound when open. Parts order - Not Fixed.
3. Steeling wheel rubbing/grinding noise. Replace pump, tank, o-ring & oil. - Fixed.
4. Sticky A/C buttons. Replace A/C control Module to newer model (just like my C32's). - Fixed.
5. Driver Seat leen forward when stopping. Replace seat cushion. - Fixed.
6. SRS light come on. Replace seat belt buckle. - Not sure is fixed or not. Need time.
7. Brakes squeaking. Nothing done, still squeak.
8. Shift Selector indicator loose. Replace new sfiter indicator. - Fixed.
9. Differential Leaks. Dealer found this problem and replace all sealant and rings. Fixed?!
The technican did a good job on fixing all the stuffs. But the SA's service is terrible. When the car is ready, he didn't even talk to me about the Trunk lit is not fix and what they done to the car.
When I arrive he just keep talking on the phone without telling me to wait just a moment. After the phone, he just ask me to go to the Casher and left. When I went to the Casher, he was chating with those ladies in Casher and without mention anything about my car...
I have no idea when to go back to get the trunk lit fix nor did tell me he will call me or not when the parts arrive. This is totally unprofessional any service standard. Just wait till I get my survey....
I will try to go to different SA next time for sure or even different dealer.
