If you don't want too much of a drop I'd look into buying a setup of ss springs and struts, they super cheap in the classifieds.
Ok so i've decided to get Megan Racing Euro Street Coilovers and ghostrider's camber kit along with H&R front sway bar and Eibach rear sway bar. Is there anything else I would need to make this setup better?

I'd go with Ksport over Megan coilovers IMHO. But if you plan on doing all your suspension I'd replace the bushings to make it all new.

The thing is, I don't want to lower my car that much. I also want to replace the rims for 18x8.5 (f) and 18x9.5 (r). I was going to ask about the bushings too. Would I be better off getting MB bushings or is there another company I could go with?

well if you dont want to go to low just get a set of SS springs and struts. If you look at hectors car the stance is pretty nice on the SS springs. When I had 18s with my OEM SS it had a pretty nice stance, had about a finger or two gap only.

Heres when I had the CLS wheels with my stock SS suspension.

Also if you don't plan on adjusting you height that much I'd go with springs and koni struts. Great combo is H&R springs with konis.

The eibach pro kit lowers my car just about like Phister's, so if you can get a great preowned condition SS then I'd say go for it. Eibach will only cost you extra penny and same results.

Even though I have not tried the SS myself, but I am inclined to give it benefit of the doubt that it'll ride better than Eibach. (Since it's OEM)

That is literally the perfect height that i want my C230K to be at. Did you have to get your fenders rolled? I am seriously leaning towards the megan racing coilovers since they are the cheapest i've found ($858 shipped) and the added benefit of selecting the stiffness and ride height i want is pretty much what i am looking for. Also, how much would it cost to get all the bushings replaced or could it be a DIY. I've looked but haven't found anything one the forum.

bushings will have to be pressed in on some stuff. You can DIY if you have a work bench with a vice grip or press to push the old ones out and put the new ones in. You should search the classifieds for some coilovers. Most people will only adjust their dampening if they track their cars, most will leave it at one setting for DD. If you're worried about dampening adjusting you can always get some Koni yellows and some SS springs or H&R springs. Quite a few members on here have H&R with Koni yellows and love the setup.

I didnt have to roll my fender until I lowered my car more. I had 18x8.5 +28 and 18x9.5 +33 on the setup above. I have Tein basic coilovers now with 17x8.5 +20 and 17x9.5 +25 and I had to do some pulling and rolling to not get them to rub. Everyone that rides in my car is surprised how comfortable the ride is with my car being so low.

SS are very nice, i think they give you great performance while still keeping a nice comfortable ride. i probably won't change my setup anytime soon. it gives me just enough handling to ride some back mountain roads like i want but they're still smooth enough for a highway road trip

Has anyone ever tried the Koni FSDs? I might go with an SS setup if i can find them. Do you know where i could get a new set if i cant find any used? And also, how much does it roughly cost to replace all of the bushings?

Koni FSD's are not gonna give you the drop you desire compared to your current SS set-up. In fact, it may raise your stance by .4" - .6" inch from what I've seen in 1 occasion on a friends 06' c230. They are Koni's none the less, but ultimately, it's not gonna give you the effect you're looking for. If you're wanting a bit more of a lower stance and the performance, I'd say go with the Koni yellows and the H&R spring set up.

I currently have this set up and can vouch for it. I found the comfort level of the ride with this set-up to be good for DD and with a quick adjusment, I can stiffen up the charcteristics of the damping (rebound). If you decide on this set-up, make sure you complement your new suspension with some better sway bars. i.e: adjustable H&R, Eibach, etc... and change out the bushings if you can, you won't regret these upgrades.

Does anyone know of any shops in the New Mexico area that can do any or all of these spring, coilover, swaybar modifications?

lowered my cal on bilstein shocks, and h&r coils cut 1 coil all around. I would say on 17"s that the front is still to high and the rear is to low. I would of cut 1/2 coil rear only and 1 1/4 front. The ride is surprising close to stock still
