Passenger Window Goes up in Steps

My front passenger side window will not roll up properly anymore. If I'm rolling it up from the drivers side controls I have to hold the control up the whole time but the window goes up in 1 inch increments and finally makes it to the top. From the passenger side if I hold the control unit up it stops every inch or so and I have to release the control and then hold it up again and again to get the window up. The window rolls down fine from both controls.

Also, while rolling the window up from either the drivers side or pasenger side controls the lights in the door (control knob and memory button) flash on and off like there is a power issue.

Any suggestions? This is just one of many issues with my C320 that I want to fix before I sell it...soon hopefully.

If you check the manual it tells you how to re-sync them. As I recall you close the window with your finger but don't let go yet. Continue to HOLD your finger in the "Close" position for 3-5 seconds. This should tell the window to re-sync with the others.
