hissing sound from headlight levelling roller.
Guys, I have a significant hissing sound that sounds like a vacuum leak from my headlight levelling roller.. If I click it down to position 3 the sound is minimized, but when I move it to position 0 the sound is quite loud! I don't know what tosearch for so I'm sorry if this is covered before..

Oh btw, the sound comes up whenever I turn the engine on.. Doesn't matter if the light is on or off..

There is a single screw holding the assembly you can access from below. Then pull it out and check the vacuum hose connected to the control. If it is just the hose, replace it. If the valve is bad you need to hand over some Rupiah for a new switch assembly.

Thanks moviela, will check as soon as my fever drops.. But just wondering, where does the hose lead to and where is thevacuum pump located at?

The hose leads to the headlights, and the vacuum is from the engine. That is why you only hear it when the motor is running.
