UPDATE 10/14/2011
Supercharger Baffle/silencer removal mod.........
Last Friday I finally got my butt in gear on modding the Benzino again, With a Little bit of time, money, research, and patience, The hard part is done on the S/C Silencer/Baffle removal!
I had to have a Local Performance Shop help me out with the welding, But the end result is Perfection IMO
I still have to take some Aluminum polish to the pipe and get rid of that discoloration for the visual appeal.
-- T-Clamps $35 shipped for 12 count (I plan on using the rest on an FMIC and I/C Pipe upgrade)
-- x4 4-Ply Black 2.5" Dia couplers $30 shipped
-- x1 3/4" Aluminum Vac. fitting $8
-- x1 17x1/2" X 2.5" Aluminum pipe with ends flared and 3/4" Vac. Fitting welded on $40
So just using the pieces meant for the mod, I'd say it cost about $80 total
Very Much well worth it to me.
I Promise to post more pics and a Video while I install and test the Mod. this weekend.

LOL, No it says "Bung", I marked it so the guy that did the cutting and welding knew where to mount the bung hole for the 3/4" EGR vacuum hose inlet.

Updating my Journal.
This weekend I fixed all of my W203's problems.
Replaced the Drivers Front Window Regulator which broke more then a month ago
.
Replaced The Dogbone for the Steering wheel height adjustment which has been broken since April.
https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w203/444556-steering-wheels-height-adjustment-stopped-working.html
.-rewired and fixed all of the solders inside my LED tails.
-Hardwired my Garmin GPS and Radar detector
-Fixed the foglight grill after hitting a cat early morning on the way to work.
-Had to have the Drivers Front wheel fixed and welded after having bends and cracks appear out of no where. (shopping for new wheels and tires now).
and Started Working on A Major Project that could potentially benefit my fellow W203ers.

This will be my Last Update on here.
As of Nov. 9th 2012, The Benz is no Longer Mine, She's Off to a New Owner.
I got a Bug up My Butt for a new car.
The Tuesday before, I was on my way home from a long day of work and with no notice, The Benz started acting strange.
dropping itself into Neutral, going into Limp Mode, and the dash lighting up like a Christmas tree, Etc.
It turned out to be a minor transmission issue but may be major down the road.
unfortunately within the last six months she's been nickle and dimming me to death.
If I had another car as a DD, I would have kept her on the road and followed through with my plans of modding, However that's not the case.
I had come to the conclusion that I need a reliable Daily Driver with a Nice solid warranty, So I bit the bullet and Purchased a Loaded 2013 Carbon Steel Gray VW GTI 3 door.
It's not a Mercedes Benz.... But it's still German LOL

Good News for you........ If you're really interested in the wrap for your interior but think the Black Carbon Fiber won't match, I can get other colors.
Origional Black, Gray, Silver, White, off Gold, Tan, *Red, and *Blue (*not pictured)
Yes, They are all genuine 3M Di Noc material.
And thanks, I really miss that Bike.

When I'm not lurking on MBWorld.org, You can usually find me on my Local Site Moderating... www.TampaRacing.com
SORRY For The Poor Lighting, I'll get some better pics at a Later date while the Sun is Out.
Re-Coating my Flat Black Grill, Discovered a few little chips that were driving me nuts
Next On The To-Do List, Purchase a Ghostrider @P1 Performance Rear Camber Kit then finally Install these H&R Springs and Koni Yellows that have been sitting in the Garage for 6 months !!!

Out Of Control!!
Before you do, price out having the trim done in real cf (Ocarbon is a vendor here, and has done great work for my car). It's certainly much more expensive than the 3M, but the difference is worth it, imho. I had the 3M on my car for a while, and got sick of it. Also tends to trap moisture and bubble in summertime.
