05 c230 srs light on , passenger seat
Hello everyone.
My 2005 c230 kompressor develop strange issue with srs system.
Every time when there is no weight on the passenger seat srs light will come on.
As soon as someone seats on the seat or heavier object is placed on it , shuts off.
Did anyone came across issue like this?
Of course it looks like weight sensor multifunction.
Does any one know cost of the sensor ? I can do labor myself, so far been handy with cars that owned.
Car has 100k on it and never been in accident .
I know that srs system will have to be reset after part was replace

Hi, I know it has been a while since you posted this, but did you fix the sensor? I need to replace the child safety sensor in the passenger seat, but I don't know the part number, etc.
