Help with sig!

Hey guys. I want to make a nicer sig! I dot know why but my iPhone won't let me use the search function. So I don't know if this has been discussed or what not. If someone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

if you're letting your phone use the mobile version of mbworld then i don't think you can get the search function, or at least it's hard to find cause i couldn't do it with mine. just hit cancel when it prompts that mbworld has a mobile version available and use the regular site. this happens with many websites that create mobile versions, is that they always forget to put all the features on the mobile version.

so what does search have to do with a nicer sig?

You can access the regular site from your iphone if you scroll all the way down and click "Normal Version."

Editing your sig is under "User CP", don't need the search to get there.

Yeah I'm accessing the regular site. Not the mobile one. What I meant about the search was that I can't use the search function to see if anyone discussed the details about making a nice sig. I just don't want people to think that I don't know how to searchthe forums because I do. I just can't do it with my iPhone. It's weird because I can search on my iPad but not my iPhone. Even though they have the same OS. Anyways back on topic, is there somewhere on the web where I can get instructions on how to make a sig? I've just never had a nice sig or a nice avatar on any previous forums and I want to spice upy profile a little bit. I'm just not very good with that stuff.

You can go under your profile and on the left side it has the Edit profile, edit avatar, etc functions. from there you can add a picture and so forth, but you have to do the avatar within the size guide lines, think the pictures has to be 120x120.

Thats a great idea! You should do that!

Seriously, just get those creative juices flowing and make something up. I usually use Photoshop to spice it up. I have not made one for here yet as I a waiting till I get my car looking better. I have made many others for other forums Im on. This forum is nice since they give you plenty of real estate to put one up.

Here's an example of the one I made for my PS3 forum (otherwise known as a door stop ATM)...

All this sig talk got me to whip one up quick.

Those are great ideas guys. Yeah I would rather do it on my hp touchsmart or my laptop but let me ask another question. Do I NEED Photoshop in order to do this?

You can make it in anything and then upload to a image hosting site like photobucket then stick it in the USER CP signature box in the HTML format.

Ok. From what I remember the bulbs consisted of 2 different sizes. 194 t10 base, and 39mm festoon bulbs. At least these are the sizes that worked for me. You have to make sure and get them with a built in load resistors. The front map lights take 2 t10 194's, front dome takes the festoon bulb. Rear dome takes festoon. Bottom of the doors take t10 194's. I don't recall the vanity lights above the visors but I believe they are the t10 194 as well. I will check the vanity visor bulbs if you are interested in them.

I second Star Rider's reply on the city lights and lic plate. the lic plate are brighter than the back up lights but I am ordering a new led error free set for those.

If the AZN guy gave you numbers you can bet they're right. He's got quality stuff that I and many others will swear by. Use the forum search here and you'll see examples of his lights.
